ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS AND

AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, P.L. 1985, c.231, State of New Jersey, the Wallkill Valley Regional High School Board of Education, 10 Grumm Road, Hardyston Township, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, at its annual appointments and approvals meeting held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, established the following schedule of meetings for the remainder of 2012 through January 2013. All meetings will convene in the Media Center or the Board Conference Room, as appropriate, at the high school per the following schedule. Work sessions and special meetings will be held on an as-needed basis and will be advertised in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. All meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The Wallkill Valley Regional High School Board of Education awarded the following contracts without competitive bidding for professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5 at its annual appointments and approvals meeting held on April 24, 2012. The resolutions authorizing these services are available for public inspection in the office of the Business Administrator/Board Secretary at the high school.
